Users and grants

Create new user:

grant all privileges on <db-name>.* to '<user-name>'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY '<user-password>' WITH GRANT OPTION;

Add grants:

grant all on <db-name>.* to '<user-name>'@'localhost'
